1. Introduction & acceptance
Welcome to Fnocki & Docki! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the fnockidocki.com website and our kids content portal. Our platform offers daily stories, videos, interactive activities, and seamless integration with our physical toys through QR codes. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. Accounts are strictly intended for parents or legal guardians. Children may use the service only under direct parental supervision.
3. Account registration
Accurate and complete information is required during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. We permit only one account per individual user.
4. Service description
We offer three tiers of content: Free (teaser content available to all), Premium (exclusive content for logged-in users), and Door Access (premium content unlocked via license keys). Our platform features daily rotating content delivered via playlists, engaging character profiles, and a gamification system with digital badges.
5. License keys & physical products
License keys are included with select physical Fnocki & Docki products. These keys are non-transferable, designed for one-time activation, and grant you access to the "door" content tier.
6. Payments & billing
All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Prices are displayed in the listed currency. Please note our refund policy: digital content is non-refundable once it has been accessed. Physical products are subject to a 14-day withdrawal period in accordance with EU consumer rights. Subscription services, if applicable, are subject to auto-renewal unless canceled.
7. Content & intellectual property
All content, including characters (such as Fnocki and Docki), stories, illustrations, videos, music, and software, is the exclusive property of Fnocki & Docki. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to access and view the content.
8. User conduct
You agree not to share your account credentials, use automated tools (scraping) to access the platform, upload harmful or inappropriate content, or attempt to circumvent any access controls. You must respect other users and the integrity of the platform.
9. Child safety
Our platform is designed with child safety as a top priority. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate content or behavior. We reserve the right to immediately remove any content or suspend any account that violates this principle.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Content and features may be modified or removed at any time without notice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, data handling will be conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent website banner. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the Swedish courts. EU consumers retain all local mandatory consumer protections.
