Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 2026
1. Our commitment
Fnocki & Docki is committed to making our magical digital content accessible to all children and families. We are actively targeting compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
2. Accessibility features
We have implemented a variety of features to ensure a great experience for everyone:
- Semantic HTML structure and complete keyboard navigation throughout the portal.
- ARIA labels and landmarks to provide context for screen readers.
- Descriptive alt text on all images and illustrations.
- Sufficient color contrast ratios across all pages.
- A responsive design built to scale smoothly across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
- Large touch targets specifically designed for kid-friendly interaction.
- Text that can be safely scaled up to 200% without loss of content.
- Clear focus indicators for keyboard users.
- No content that flashes more than three times per second.
3. Content accessibility
Our video content includes descriptions where available. Text content is written using clear, simple language appropriate for families. Interactive elements feature clear labels and easy-to-understand instructions to aid navigation.
4. Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content (such as YouTube videos or Spotify players) may have accessibility limitations outside our control. Additionally, some older content may not yet have complete alt text (we are actively working to remediate this), and some downloadable PDF files may not be fully screen-reader accessible at this time.
5. Feedback & reporting
We warmly welcome your feedback on our accessibility efforts. Please email us at accessibility@fnockidocki.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. When reaching out, please describe the issue and provide the relevant page URL.
6. Enforcement
Under the EU Web Accessibility Directive, users have the right to file a complaint with their national enforcement body if they are unsatisfied with our response to an accessibility issue.
